This is exactly the same predicament in which I have found myself the past few years. I have tried - stubbornly, at some points - to remain rooted in my conservative Republican beliefs. However, as more time has passed, the more I have experienced a situation where my political side (my head) and my faith side (my heart) are in conflict.<br /><br />You and I have certainly had our good-natured debates on legislation, but some of that - in hindsight - may be my trying to cling to where I have been, instead of allowing myself to go where I am being led (sometimes feeling like being pushed!).
